The Temple Emanuel Sisterhood’s mission is to build a community that provides the atmosphere and opportunity in which to meet and socialize with the other women of the Temple. Within this framework, we are hoping to put together varied and diverse programs that allow members to share ideas, benefit the Temple learn, and just have fun!
Past Sisterhood projects include:
- Sisterhood Shabbat Evening Service
- Coffee House – music, wine and desserts
- Dinner-and-a-Show evenings
- Fund raising activities for the synagogue
- Book discussions
- Holiday Fairs
- Pot luck dinners
- Caring Community Committee
